I am a British sculptor who grew up in France and Belgium and have studios in London and Berlin. My practice explores the tensions of contemporary life — consumerism, globalisation, climate change and big data. Using undervalued materials and overlooked stories, she makes colourful, approachable indoor and outdoor sculptures and wall works that invite people to discover new meanings in familiar forms.
I work with a wide range of materials and processes always choosing the medium that resonates most with the project . Many works are site-specific, shaped by the histories and features of the places they inhabit.
My work is held in public and private collections internationally, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, the Museum Kunst und Gewerbe, Hamburg and the State Collection of Cypriot Art as well as private collections in Cyprus, Mexico, Germany, France, the UK and USA. Her practice is informed by her studies in architecture, law and social and political sciences at Christ’s College, Cambridge, and fine art at Byam Shaw School of Art, London. She is a Fellow and former President of the Royal Society of Sculptors and a member of BBK, Berlin.
Public commissions include the recently installed Seedlinks at Timber Square, SE1, Secret Sentinels in Sculpture in the City, and Song of the Sun for Hengshui City Park, China. In 2025 she was closed-shortlisted for two Kunst am Bau public art commissions in Germany, and was one of the artists selected for the Shanghai Huangpu Riverbank sculpture park.
